Key responsibilities
- Originate residential purchase mortgage loans and manage a healthy loan pipeline
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and educate borrowers on mortgage products
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing, ensuring a smooth experience
Required qualifications
- Active NMLS License required
- 4+ years of mortgage loan origination experience
- Strong understanding of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Portfolio loan products
- Proven ability to develop and maintain referral relationships
- Experience with mortgage origination systems and CRM platforms preferred
