Ohio Licensed Nurse Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Case Manager to support patients in pediatrics, NICU, and OB-GYN settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex health care cases and assess patient needs through various communication methods
• Facilitate and implement interventions based on care treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Maintain documentation within company and regulatory guidelines, and perform other assigned duties

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of a registered nursing program approved by the Ohio State Nursing Board; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with clinical and case management experience, preferably in health insurance
• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio; multiple state licensure preferred
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) or other industry-recognized certification preferred (required within 3 years of hire)
• Knowledge of health insurance benefits and HIPAA compliance regulations
