Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote care to patients from their own residence or facility

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must have Advanced Practice Certification
• Must be licensed in one or more of the following states: Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia
• 3+ years of experience
• Good technology aptitude
