Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a fully remote setting, focusing on harm reduction principles
• Prescribe buprenorphine-based medications for opioid use disorder, including initiating care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and participate in structured onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the specified states
• At least 1 year of experience in an independent outpatient setting with buprenorphine prescribing
• Availability for full-time work (30-40 hours/week) with shifts ending at 6pm local time
• Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
• Access to a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
