Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a fully remote environment, focusing on harm reduction principles
• Prescribe buprenorphine-based medications for opioid use disorder, including initiating care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary Care Team and support patient recovery goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the specified states
• At least 1 year of experience in an independent, outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
• Availability for full-time work (30-40 hours/week) with fixed shifts ending at 6pm local time
• Strong patient-centered practice and ability to work autonomously
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup
