Ohio Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing practice focused on harm reduction, the full-time Ohio Licensed Nurse Practitioner will work remotely to deliver medication for opioid use disorder, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient care by prescribing and initiating buprenorphine-based medications in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based addiction treatment
• Empower patients through shared decision-making and support their recovery goals

Required qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio or a state allowing independent practice
• At least 6 months of experience prescribing buprenorphine in an independent outpatient setting
• Strong patient-centered practice with the ability to work autonomously
• Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
