Job Summary
To support a growing practice focused on harm reduction, the full-time Ohio Licensed Nurse Practitioner will work remotely to deliver medication for opioid use disorder, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care.
Key responsibilities
- Manage patient care by prescribing and initiating buprenorphine-based medications in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based addiction treatment
- Empower patients through shared decision-making and support their recovery goals
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio or a state allowing independent practice
- At least 6 months of experience prescribing buprenorphine in an independent outpatient setting
- Strong patient-centered practice with the ability to work autonomously
- Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
