Ohio Licensed Nursing Curriculum Coordinator

Job Summary

Collaborating with nursing leadership and Subject Matter Experts, the full-time remote Ohio Licensed Nursing Curriculum Coordinator will develop and revise nursing courses, provide pedagogical training to faculty, and ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the development and maintenance of nursing courses by applying instructional design principles and quality assessment techniques
• Conducts training sessions for nursing leadership and faculty on curriculum development, mapping, and assessment strategies
• Integrates Board of Nursing regulations and AACN competencies into the curricula while ensuring alignment with current educational resources

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience as a nurse
• Master of Science in Nursing or related field required
• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio required; CNE certification preferred
• Knowledge of State Boards of Nursing approval and nursing programmatic accreditation
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
