Job Summary

To support nursing leaders, the full-time remote Talent Selection Specialist, Nursing Recruitment will identify, attract, and secure top nursing talent while managing full-cycle recruitment activities and representing the organization at career fairs.

Key responsibilities
  • Plans and executes the sourcing, recruiting, selection, and hiring process to ensure a qualified slate of candidates
  • Sets service level agreements with hiring managers to define roles and control the hiring process
  • Maintains accurate documentation on all applicants and recruitment activities for reporting and auditing purposes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Nursing, or a related field
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, CCP, etc.) must be obtained within two years of hire
  • 5 years of recruitment experience and/or RN Licensure required
  • Experience in a fast-paced health care environment is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar software is required; ATS experience preferred
