Job Summary
Supporting nursing leaders in a full-time remote capacity, the Ohio Licensed Nursing Recruiter will identify, attract, and secure top nursing talent while managing full-cycle recruitment activities and maintaining recruitment data.
Key responsibilities
- Plans and executes the sourcing, recruiting, selection, and hiring process while maintaining relations with hiring managers and candidates
- Sets service level agreements with hiring managers to define roles and control the hiring process
- Prepares candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the organization and job expectations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Nursing, or a related field
- 5 years of recruitment experience and/or RN Licensure
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) must be obtained within two years of hire
- Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar software; ATS experience preferred
