Ohio Licensed Oncology Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist - Oncology, Specialty Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Review oncology medication orders and support oral chemotherapy workflows
• Provide patient counseling, education, and conduct outreach and follow-up
• Ensure compliance with medication safety initiatives and pharmacy operations standards

Required Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college
• Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligibility for reciprocation
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and completion of a Board of Pharmacy approved immunization course within 90 days of hire
• 1-2 years of oncology pharmacy experience preferred
• Completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY1) or relevant experience preferred
