Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Nurse - Oncology Continuing Care Triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage telephone calls and perform initial call assessments for established patients
• Triage calls based on assessments using established algorithms
• Document assessments and management in the electronic medical record and assist with post-discharge follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program
• Current Ohio nursing license or interim permit
• Three years of oncology experience required
