Ohio Licensed Oncology Triage Nurse

Job Summary

To provide essential support for oncology patients, the part-time Ohio Licensed Oncology Triage Nurse will manage telephone assessments, triage calls based on established algorithms, and document interactions in the electronic medical record while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial call assessments and triage based on established protocols
• Document assessments and management of calls in the electronic medical record
• Assist in resolving post-discharge or post-procedure calls requiring further intervention

Required qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program
• Current Ohio nursing license or interim permit
• Preferred three years of oncology experience
