Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support Specialist responsible for managing change payor workflows and coordinating referrals during EMR transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage change payor workflow for assigned markets
- Coordinate new referrals into SPARC for Change Payor and Joint Venture EMR transition
- Collaborate with agencies on discharge planning and obtain new home health orders
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Active nursing license in all states where services are provided
- Experience in entering referrals into SPARC and troubleshooting referral coordination challenges preferred
