Ohio Licensed Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Specialist who will manage workflows and coordinate referrals in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage change payor workflow for assigned markets
• Coordinate new referrals into SPARC for Change Payor and Joint Venture EMR transition
• Provide support for Clinical Field Staff Liaison workflows as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• 1+ year of Home Health Experience required
• Maintains active nursing license in all states where services are provided
• Experience with entering referrals into SPARC preferred
