Ohio Licensed Optometrist
Job Summary
Seeking Ohio Licensed Optometrists, the full-time or part-time Independent Contractor will conduct remote eye examinations using patented technology, communicate with patients via specialized video conferencing, and collaborate with Ophthalmic Technicians to analyze eye health and generate prescriptions.
Key responsibilities
- Examine patients remotely in compliance with state licensing regulations
- Utilize video conference technology to communicate effectively with patients
- Analyze eye health and prescribe corrective lenses with the support of Ophthalmic Technicians
Required qualifications
- Valid Doctor of Optometry degree
- Current Ohio state optometry license
- Experience with tele-optometry or remote patient care is preferred
- Multiple state licenses are a plus
- Willingness to undergo any necessary credentialing and training
