Ohio Licensed Organ Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organ Administrator On Call (AOC) to maximize organ donation through effective donor management and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Make critical decisions regarding staffing, resources, and case management while providing real-time support to clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and policies for donor evaluations and organ cases
• Collaborate with medical directors and clinical teams to evaluate donor suitability and optimize organ recovery processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Minimum of five years' experience as an organ coordinator with donor management and organ allocation experience
• At least one year of AOC experience required
• CPTC and ACLS certifications required
• Advanced clinical skills with a demonstrated ability to improve processes and outcomes
