Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient Registered Nurse for the Patient Advice and Care Team (Part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical guidance to patients over the phone, assessing situations and determining appropriate care
• Manage a high volume of calls and MyChart messages, documenting patient needs efficiently
• Participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio or a multi-state compact state
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
