Job Summary

Providing expert clinical guidance, the full-time Ohio Licensed Outpatient Registered Nurse will manage a high volume of patient calls and MyChart messages remotely, assessing symptoms and ensuring appropriate care while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing health status assessments for patients
• Document planned nursing interventions and evaluate patient responses to care
• Participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio or a multi-state compact state
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
