Ohio Licensed Outpatient Registered Nurse
Job Summary
Providing expert clinical guidance over the phone, the full-time Ohio Licensed Outpatient Registered Nurse will support a high volume of calls in a dynamic call center environment, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, while ensuring patients receive appropriate care based on their needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing health status assessments for patients
- Document planned nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes collaboratively
- Participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Current RN license in Ohio
- Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS) certification
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Minimum of 5 years nursing experience, preferably in a primary care or ambulatory care setting
