Ohio Licensed PAC Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAC Specialist to provide quality care and support to patients through pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process prescription information and perform claim adjudication and auditing duties
• Act as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals for patient care

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
• CPhT certification is preferred but not required
