Ohio Licensed PAC Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAC Specialist to work remotely in a patient engagement environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process prescription information accurately and perform claim adjudication duties
• Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals for patient care

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; pharmacy technician registration preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
• CPhT certification is preferred but not required
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
