Ohio Licensed PAC Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing Patient Engagement Center, the full-time Ohio Licensed PAC Specialist will provide exceptional customer service in a remote environment, managing patient interactions, processing prescription information, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional customer service experience in a phone-based environment
• Entering high volumes of data and processing prescription information accurately
• Serving as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals on patients' behalf

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPhT certification is preferred but not required
