Job Summary

To enhance patient care processes, the full-time Ohio Licensed Patient Care Supervisor will manage a team of technicians, oversee workflow efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of medications in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of technicians to ensure consistent execution of patient workflows
• Monitor and coordinate workflow to guarantee timely and quality delivery of medications
• Support lead technicians in performance management and development of their direct reports

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician
• At least 1 year of prior team lead experience, preferably in a closed-door pharmacy or remote environment
• Detailed knowledge of patient processing workflows
• Experience in performance management and continuous improvement initiatives
