Job Summary
Ensuring the timely completion of payroll cycles, the full-time Ohio Licensed Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, audits, and compliance while providing responsive service to associates and internal partners in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates and processes all aspects of payroll, including tax levies, deductions, and special pay
- Validates pay entries and conducts audits to identify and correct inaccuracies before payroll processing
- Serves as the first point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from associates and managers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Previous payroll processing experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365
- Experience in analyzing data or information
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet payroll deadlines
