Job Summary

Ensuring the timely completion of payroll cycles, the full-time Ohio Licensed Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, audits, and compliance while providing responsive service to associates and internal partners in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinates and processes all aspects of payroll, including tax levies, deductions, and special pay
  • Validates pay entries and conducts audits to identify and correct inaccuracies before payroll processing
  • Serves as the first point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from associates and managers
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Previous payroll processing experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365
  • Experience in analyzing data or information
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet payroll deadlines
