Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned Ohio Licensed Personal Injury Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage cases from intake through trial, advocate for clients in various legal settings, and provide strategic guidance tailored to individual cases.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead litigation end-to-end, managing cases from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations
- Advocate in court by representing clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations
- Client strategy and guidance, advising clients on legal options and developing tailored winning strategies
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
- Active Ohio Bar license; dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred
- Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results
- Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
- Self-driven and organized, comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment
