Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned Ohio Licensed Personal Injury Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage cases from intake through trial, represent clients in court, and provide strategic guidance while collaborating with a strong support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead litigation from case intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations
- Advocate for clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations
- Prepare and draft persuasive legal documents and maintain consistent client communication
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
- Active Ohio Bar license; dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred
- Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results
- Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills
- Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage a full caseload remotely
