Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Ohio Licensed Personal Injury Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage cases from intake through trial, represent clients in court, and provide strategic guidance while collaborating with a strong support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead litigation from case intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations
• Advocate for clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations
• Prepare and draft persuasive legal documents and maintain consistent client communication

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Active Ohio Bar license; dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred
• Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results
• Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills
• Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage a full caseload remotely
