Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Ohio Licensed Personal Injury Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage litigation cases from intake through trial, advocate in court, and provide strategic guidance to clients while working with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead litigation end-to-end, managing cases from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision
• Advise clients on legal options and develop tailored strategies for their cases

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Active Ohio Bar license; dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred
• Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results
• Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
• Self-driven and organized, comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment
