Job Summary

To support a growing remote legal team, an experienced Ohio Licensed Personal Injury Attorney will manage litigation cases from intake through trial, advocate for clients in court, and provide strategic guidance tailored to individual cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations
• Advise clients on legal options and develop tailored strategies for their cases

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Active Ohio Bar license; dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred
• Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results
• Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
• Self-driven and organized, comfortable managing a full caseload remotely
