Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned Ohio Licensed Personal Injury Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage cases from intake through trial, advocate in court, and provide strategic guidance to clients in personal injury litigation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead litigation end-to-end, managing cases from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision
- Advise clients on legal options and develop tailored winning strategies for their cases
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
- Active Ohio Bar license
- Preferred dual licensure in Ohio and Texas
- Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results
- Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage a full caseload in a remote environment
