Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Client Service Manager to provide exceptional service to clients in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding their insurance needs, including policies, endorsements, and claims
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data while utilizing technology to enhance service quality
  • Collaborate with the team to secure existing business and promote additional services
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
  • Active Producer's license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire
  • Proficiency in using technology to enhance productivity
  • Experience in client-facing customer service is preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
