Ohio Licensed Personal Lines Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional client service, the fully remote Ohio Licensed Personal Lines Representative will assist clients with their insurance needs, manage policy inquiries, and maintain accurate client data while working Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies, endorsements, and claims
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's technology
• Collaborate with the team to secure existing business and promote additional services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service experience or High School degree/GED with 3+ years of client service experience
• Active Producer's license
• Proficiency in technology to enhance productivity and service quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in client-facing customer service preferred
