Ohio Licensed Personal Lines Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Personal Lines Representative will manage customer service activities for agents and clients, including answering inquiries, handling renewals, and resolving disputes, all in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handles customer inquiries, policy changes, claims calls, and certificate requests while documenting interactions in the management system
• Conducts periodic account reviews to enhance existing accounts and advises agencies on critical events
• Collaborates with internal teams and Account Managers to ensure customer requirements are defined and documented effectively

Required qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience in Account Management, Business, Sales, or a related field
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or equivalent experience
• Valid Insurance Producer License
