Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacist (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions
- Verify hard copy and digital prescriptions
- Communicate with healthcare professionals and manage prescription transfers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Active state of Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
- Completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY1) or relevant experience preferred
- Strong experience with Medication Therapy Management and comprehensive medication reviews
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
