Ohio Licensed Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist to manage medication profiles and provide leadership in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with healthcare professionals and manage the Dr. call line
• Supervise and execute prescription transfers and perform medication reviews
• Ensure compliance with legal and privacy requirements while identifying eligible patients for medication therapy management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active state of Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
• Completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY1) or relevant experience preferred
• Strong experience with Medication Therapy Management and comprehensive medication reviews
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and collaborate with multiple partners
