Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator - Critical Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the inpatient pharmacy team and participate in daily ICU rounds as the clinical pharmacy expert
• Oversee and coordinate clinical pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with protocols and implementing service improvements
• Mentor pharmacists, residents, and students while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on clinical strategy and patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited university
• Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days of hire
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completion within 90 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within one year of hire
• Completion of a post-graduate year 2 residency plus 1 year of relevant experience, or other specified experience qualifications
