Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and oversee medication procurement and dispensing
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain pharmacy operational policies
  • Manage associate relations functions including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • At least two years of progressively responsible experience in pharmacy, including one year in a supervisory role
  • Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy and a valid RPh License
  • Knowledge of pharmacy computer systems and business/finance processes
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and services
