Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retail Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and oversee medication procurement and dispensing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain pharmacy operational policies
- Manage associate relations functions including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- At least two years of progressively responsible experience in pharmacy, including one year in a supervisory role
- Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy and a valid RPh License
- Knowledge of pharmacy computer systems and business/finance processes
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and services
