Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Formulary Design and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the creation of formulary design best practices and management strategies
• Oversees the operational management of the formulary management team and monitors the drug development pipeline
• Creates and reports on key performance indicators related to formulary management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA preferred
• Minimum of five years of managed care experience, including two years in formulary management
• Experience leading a P&T or Value Assessment Committee required
• Previous management experience is required
• Experience with multiple lines of business or state-mandated formularies preferred
