Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Manager in Outpatient Informatics will oversee enterprise outpatient pharmacy services, ensuring efficient medication-use processes while working remotely Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Key responsibilities
- Lead workflow optimization and enhancement requests for outpatient pharmacy services
- Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, IT, and clinical leaders to improve system performance and user experience
- Manage staffing, training, and development of pharmacy caregivers while monitoring financial performance
Required qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible within 90 days of hire
- Completion of a health-system Pharmacy Administration or Leadership (HSPAL) PGY2 Residency or four years of relevant pharmacy experience, including one year of leadership experience
- Pharmacy Degree with current state licensure preferred
- Advanced degrees such as MS, MBS, PharmD, and/or residency are preferred
