Job Summary
Focused on high-volume Pharmacy Technician hiring, the full-time hybrid Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with pharmacy leadership to address staffing needs, and build diverse talent pipelines in the Columbus area.
Key responsibilities
- Own the recruitment process for certified and trainee Pharmacy Technicians, efficiently moving candidates through sourcing, screening, and offers
- Collaborate with Pharmacy Managers to identify staffing gaps and coordinate rapid interview loops
- Build and maintain local talent pipelines by establishing relationships with pharmacy technician schools and vocational programs
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments
- Experience recruiting Pharmacy Technicians or healthcare professionals is highly preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare hiring practices and pharmacy technician licensing is a plus
- Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and high-volume sourcing tools
- Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity at the New Albany facility
