Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume, phone-based environment, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will process prescription information, perform claim adjudication tasks, and manage active case queues while working remotely from Ohio.

Key responsibilities

• Process prescription information with speed and accuracy, including data entry and authorizations
• Perform claim adjudication tasks such as prior authorizations, billing, and eligibility verification
• Serve as a liaison between pharmacists, providers, and patients to support medication management

Required qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) with current Ohio state registration
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting with a strong understanding of prescription processing and billing
• Ability to work in a high-volume, phone-based environment
• Proficiency navigating multiple pharmacy systems with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
