Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with their medication profiles
- Perform claim adjudication, maintain patient records, and support patient care issues
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
- Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA)
- Maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
