Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Process prescription information and assist with billing for third-party payer plans
• Coordinate medication delivery and ensure accurate patient information is maintained
• Provide customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers regarding specialty medications

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Applicable state board-certified Pharmacy Technician License or National Certified Pharmacy Technician required
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a provider clinic, specialty, or retail pharmacy
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of various software programs
• Ability to work independently and manage complex issues effectively
