Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician (Weekdays + Sunday).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with medication profiles and inquiries
• Perform claim adjudication, maintain patient records, and support clinical pharmacists

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA)
• Current pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
