Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Technician to work in a remote call center environment providing pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and resolving patient inquiries
  • Place outbound calls to maintain and update patient medication profiles
  • Assist with claim adjudication, prior authorizations, and maintain patient records with confidentiality
Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is necessary
  • Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA) is required
  • Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
