Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Flex Technician to provide quality pharmacy services in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls related to patient medication profiles
• Assist with claim adjudication, maintain patient records, and support patient care issues

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is necessary
• Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA) required
• Must maintain pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
