Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to provide quality care in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients with their medication inquiries over the phone
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to maintain and update patient medication profiles
• Perform claim adjudication duties, including prior authorizations and billing checks

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is necessary
• Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) is required
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
