Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician - Start of Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process prescription information accurately and efficiently while performing claim adjudication and auditing duties
• Act as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals to support patient care

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is necessary
• Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) required
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
