Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician - Engagement (4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to patient medication profiles and care issues
• Assist with claim adjudication, maintain patient records, and support onboarding of new patients

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA) and current registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
• Ability to work in an office-based or remote setting, sitting at a desk for 90% of the time
