Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician - Existing Patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with medication profiles and inquiries
• Perform claim adjudication, maintain patient records, and support patient care issues

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA)
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
