Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician (Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing transfer requests, verifying patient and prescription data
• Review account billing for accuracy and communicate changes with patients
• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age
• High school diploma/GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA)
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy
